days. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your unit leaves our

Returns & 30-Day Guarantee
If the Plasma isn't right for your work, return it within 30 days of delivery
for a full refund of the purchase price. Contact us for a return
authorisation and we'll send return instructions. Return the unit with its
cord and packaging where reasonably available. Normal use is expected and
accepted.
Warranty
One-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from
the date of purchase. Covers manufacturing defects. Does not cover damage from
drops, liquid exposure, use on the wrong voltage without an appropriate
adapter, unauthorised repair, or normal cosmetic wear. If your unit arrives
damaged or fails during the warranty period, contact us and we'll arrange a
replacement or repair.

Care & Use
Let the iron cool completely before storing. Wipe plates with a soft, dry
cloth — never submerge the unit or run it under water. Keep away from water
and disconnect after use. Always use on dry hair with an appropriate heat
protectant.
